A full-thickness uterus visualization using axial registration of OCT image volumes

Abstract

A full-thickness visualization of OCT volumes using axial registration is presented. Uterine specimens were obtained from 3 pregnant and 2 non-pregnant patients. Image processing techniques enabled an en-face visual representation of the tissue fiber structure.
