Direct Observation of Glucose Raman Fingerprint from in vivo Skin

Abstract

We demonstrate the direct observation of glucose Raman peaks from in vivo skin. The signal intensities varied proportional to the reference glucose levels and tracking spectral intensity based on the linearity enabled accurate prospective prediction.
