Custom Fabrication of Video-rate Multiphoton Fluorescence Microendoscope for In Vivo Cancer Imaging

Abstract

We present a custom fabricated fiber scanning microendoscope with low-cost 3D-printed parts. The procedure of driving the piezotube-based fiber scanner and stability testing is shown. A novel scanning pattern to reduce photobleaching is also proposed.
