In vivo optoretinography realized by raster-scan SS-OCT: A feasibility study

Abstract

we proposed a method to visualize light-evoked retinal response using swept source optical coherence tomography (SS-OCT). The framework here demonstrates the potential that a raster scanning SS-OCT may be feasible to measure the optoretinography response in the retina.
