Surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) for the detection of Rhodamine 6G and Crystal Violet

Abstract

A SERS substrate was manufactured using gold nanorods on the tapered optical fiber, which assisted in detecting Rhodamine 6G (R6G) and Crystal Violet (CV) at low concentrations. The distribution of gold nanorods produced a rough surface.
