Abstract

The Bayesian APPRIZE inverse method is applied to large domains via a memory-efficient "sliding window" domain decomposition approach. Successful reconstruction of randomly-generated, 3-D, hetereogeneous, fluorescence absorption maps is demonstrated and highlights advantages of 3-D reconstruction.
