Combined sub-surface imaging and surface spectroscopic imaging in biological samples

Abstract

We present a coherence domain imaging modality based on the spectral analysis of the output of an interferometer. It features no moving parts and combines the imaging of sub-surface morphology with surface spectroscopic imaging.
