Label-free Imaging in Deep Tissue at Cellular Resolution

Abstract

We present a new light-sheet microscope using scattered infrared illumination that can resolve cell bodies at tissue depths heretofore limited to two-photon microscopy. It also circumvents the phototoxicity that arises from fluorescence. Article not available.
