Abstract

Wide-field optical imaging of neuronal GCaMP, hemodynamics and blood flow over the entire cortical surface in awake, behaving animals is achieved using an EMCCD camera. We demonstrate use of this system in obtaining resting state and stimulus-evoked data with high spatiotemporal resolution.
