Dual-region in vivo Functional Imaging with a Spatial Light Modulator

Abstract

We demonstrate dual-region functional imaging, using a spatial light modulator as a programmable beam steering element. Two lateral cortical regions in layers 2/3 of a mouse expressing GCaMP6 are simultaneously scanned, and signals extracted using independent- component-analysis.
