Imaging cortical hemodynamics using visible-light optical coherence tomography

Abstract

We developed visible-light optical coherence tomography or vis-OCT to quantify the full cortical hemodynamic parameters, including blood flow, blood oxygen saturation, and microangiogram, to investigate brain functions in both wild-type and disease model mice.
