High-speed large scale volumetric calcium imaging of neuronal circuits

Abstract

We developed two-photon and light-field microscopy based brain-wide calcium imaging techniques that have allowed us to capture the activity of thousands of neurons near simultaneously in over the entire brain of C. elegans and larval zebrafish during sensory stimulation and behavior.
