Label-free Confocal Reflectance and 2-photon Microscopy of Myelinated Axons and Microvasculature in Live Mice

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

We will discuss the use of spectral confocal relfectance microscopy (SCoRe) for imaging individual myelinated axons and the use of 2-photon microscopy for structural and functional imaging of the brain microvasculature and mural cells in living mice.
