Combination of two-photon fluorescence microscopy and label-free near-infrared reflectance: a new complementary approach for brain imaging

Abstract

This work describes a complimentary approach that combines the reflected NIR light with two-photon fluorescence microscopy. A Thy1-GFPM mouse model will be studied; both fixed samples and live animals will be imaged.
