Assessment of Dynamic Cerebral Autoregulation in Neonatal Hypoxic-Ischemic Encephalopathy Based on Wavelet Transform Coherence

Abstract

Cerebral autoregulation in newborns with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy was assessed with wavelet transform coherence. Both in-phase and anti-phase coherence between blood pressure and cerebral tissue oxygenation was related to abnormal outcomes.
