Towards Holistic Imaging and Phenotyping of Intact Biological Systems

Abstract

I will introduce a series of technologies including CLARITY, SWITCH, MAP, and stochastic electrotransport that enable proteomic imaging for scalable, integrated, high-dimensional phenotyping of both animal tissues and human clinical samples.
