Monitoring Mouse Cerebral Circulation Oxygenation after Ischemic Stroke Using Visible-Light Optical Coherence Tomography

Abstract

We used visible-light optical coherence tomography to study hemodynamic changes after surgically induced ischemic stroke on mouse brain. Following the occlusion, we observed both morphological vascular changes and significant decreases in cerebral circulation sO2.
