Phase Distribution Analysis of Tissues Based on Off-axis Digital Holographic Hybrid Reconstruction Algorithm

Abstract

Off-axis digital holographic system is built to get hologram. Aiming at complicated structure of bladder tissues, we present hybrid reconstruction algorithm to retrieve high-precision phase distribution, supplying information for tumor diagnose.
