Deep Tissue Multi-Wavelength Spatial Frequency Domain Imaging

Abstract

We demonstrate the potential of spatial frequency domain imaging (SFDI) with tissue compression to image lesions located deep beneath tissue surface, and present a new multi-wavelength SFDI prototype capable of monitoring hemodynamic changes.
