Label-free Quantification of Pharmacokinetics in Skin

Abstract

Using coherent Raman imaging and deep learning, we have visualized and quantified the pharmacokinetics of drugs in the skin. This spatially and temporally-resolved approach has shed light on the mechanisms of vehicle and drug kinetics.
