Computational Miniature Mesoscope for Single-shot 3D Fluorescence Imaging

Abstract

We report a single-shot computational 3D fluorescence mesoscope. Our design is based on a finite conjugate imaging geometry with a microlens array. It achieves high resolution extended depth-of-field across a wide field-of-view in a compact design.
