MesoSCAPE - Highspeed Functional Volumetric Imaging of Multi-millimeter Biological Sample with Cellular Resolution

Not Accessible

Your library or personal account may give you access

Abstract

MesoSCAPE achieves high-speed volumetric imaging over a large, 5.8x4.1x0.5mm3 field-of-view in diverse specimens including in-vivo mouse brain. We demonstrate 10Hz 3D imaging of vascular responses to whisker stimulus.
