Lattice Light-Sheet with Two-Color Incoherent Holography

Abstract

We introduce two-color incoherent holography lattice light-sheet system with a detection module that scans an extended FOV of 208x208 µm2, to provide quantitative monitoring of cellular dynamics in live tissue.
