Abstract

An e-beam method is developed for the fabrication of domain reversed volume grating in LiNbO₃ and LiTaO₃. Blue SHG experiment was performed to demonstrate high efficient nonlinear interactions. Periodic domain inverted structure has wide potentials for the various nonlinear optical interactions.
