Abstract

Laser-induced photochemistry of gas-phase dimethylditelluride (CH3TeTeCH3), a molecule for laser chemical vapor deposition (LCVD) of tellurium, was studied in the visible and UV spectral regions, using both 20-nsec (excimer or excimer-pumped dye) and 3-psec UV (290-nm) laser irradiation.
