Use of correlation technique in Raman carbohydrate assays

Abstract

Most clinical assay commercial systems are based on chemical principles. Yet, using purely physical properties is conceptually simpler and potentially cheaper. We discuss computer-aided carbohydrate and urea assays in clinical fluids by means of Raman spectroscopy.
