Abstract

Guided-wave optical devices formed from Ti-diffused LiNbO3 (Ref. 1) are being investigated for analog processing and/or measurement of optical wave fronts. Here we describe a concept to process an optical wave front with the conjugate of its phase distortion and present experimental results on a sensor to measure wave front distortion.
