Abstract
Optical phase conjugation has in recent years attracted a considerable amount of interest. A whole host of devices will soon be constructed that are based on phase-conjugating components. Of particular interest is a phase-conjugate resonator that may be used to investigate phenomena such as bistability1 and chaos.2 It also serves as a convenient Instrument for verifying some theorems on phase-conjugate scattering.3
