Abstract

Interest in the influence of radiation coherence on the efficiency of the amplifiers, and on beam propagation and focusing, developed relatively recently. Even in the first papers it was stated that the homogeneity of microsphere illumination in plasma investigations increased when the degree of coherence of beams generating the plasma decreased.
