Abstract

An optical frequency division multiple access network with frequency shift keying (FSK) at 45 Mbit/s and connected by a fiber star has been demonstrated previously.1 The demultiplexing was realized by a tunable filter based on a singlemode fiber Fabry-Perot (F.F.-P.) inserted in the network at each receiver.
