Abstract
Since the observation of optical testability in GaAs Fabry-Perot etalons (bulk and MQW), much effort has been devoted to making these devices useful as all-optical switches because of their large nonlinearities, fast switching speeds, small sizes, and laser-diode compatibility.1-3
