Abstract

Polydiacetylenes (PDAs) are attracting increasing interest because of their large optical nonlinearities and drastic color changes associated with the phase transition. We report measurements of the nonlinear optical susceptibilities corresponding to the Kerr effect of PDA3BCMU/PMMA determined by our previously reported new method.1
