Abstract

The main purpose of these new photosensitive devices is detection of phase modulated optical signals in the presence oi low-frequency phase drifts of high amplitude. Traditional means of solving this problem involve the use of complicated heterodyne detection systems, or homodyne systems with an active stabilization of the working point. In the homodyne detectors under consideration stabilization of the working point relies on the principles of dynamic holography.
