Abstract
Fiber reflection gratings written directly into photosensitive optical fibre using two interfering beams at 240 ran have been used to make devices such as fiber lasers1 in the important telecommunications wavelength of 1500 nm. Many applications requite the use of a bandpass rather than a bandstop (reflecting) filter.
