Abstract

We have resonantly enhanced an InGaAlP laser diode beam to efficiently produce a frequency-doubled beam at 344 nra. Using a 7 mm RDA crystal, we generated 260 jxW of UV power from a 14 mW pump, for a conversion efficiency of 130%/W.
