Low-noise and high-power real refractive index-guided laser array

Abstract

Recently, low-noise and high-power GaAIAs lasers without high-frequency super-position have been required for rewritable optical disk memories which demand not ony a high-power operation for writing, but also low-noise characteristics for reading at a low-power level.
