Abstract

In this paper we discuss the possibilities of applying photothermal spectroscopy methods for designing chromatography detectors. We pay special attention to the phase method. It has been shown1 that this method has the best sensitivity of all optical methods of photothermal spectroscopy, such as the deflector and thermal-lens methods.
