Abstract
In order to understand the behavior of species ejected from a laser-ablated target in a pulsed-laser deposition (PLD) process, which is quite dynamic regarding both time and space, planar laser-induced fluorescence imaging has been successfully developed to visualize the spatiotemporal distributions of species and of the gas temperature in PLD process for high-Tc thin-film fabrications.
