Abstract

Dlode lasers operating reliably in the 0.81-0.98 μm wavelength region are needed for applications such as pump sources for Nd-YAG solid-state lasers (0.81 μm) or Er-doped fiber amplifiers; and medical therapy (0.98 μm).
