Abstract

Diode-pumped miniature Nd:YAG ring lasers1 are attractive sources of stable coherent radiation in the near infrared spectral region for many scientific and metrological applications because of their excellent intensity and frequency stability with cw single-frequency output powers in the Watt range.2
