Abstract

There has been considerable progress in research on generation, detection, and applications of THz radiation. Broadband and sensitive electro-optical sampling for THz detection has been well studied.1 THz time domain spectroscopy shows great potential for applications such as gas-phase spectral monitoring, and semiconductor material characterization.2,3
