First OPO using a periodically poled KTP crystal with a cylindrical shape

Abstract

Continuous tuning between 1515nm and 2040nm is achieved for the signal wavelength of a 1064nm pumped optical parametric oscillator based on a cylindrical periodically poled KTiOPO4 crystal. The corresponding angular tuning is 26°.
