Abstract
Dynamic holographic recording in photorefractive crystals is of great practical interest for detecting phase modulated laser signals and for real-time optical computing. Under certain conditions, dynamic recording can provide excitation of space charge waves in photorefractive crystals resulting in a much higher recording sensitivity and giving new opportunities for signal detection.
