Abstract

An ultrahigh resolution ophthalmic OCT system with 3µm resolution was developed using a femtosecond Ti:Sappire laser light source. Studies on patients in the ophthalmology clinic demonstrate that ultrahigh resolution dramatically improves visualization of retinal pathology.
