160 Gbit/s all-optical clock recovery using a single Electro Absorption Modulator for timing extraction

Not Accessible

All-optical timing extraction from 160 Gbit/s OTDM data is performed using a single EAM. The extracted timing is used for optical clock recovery with a timing jitter ≤ 340 fs. The bit-error-ratio reveals error-free operation.
