Fine spectral features in single-shot microstructure-fiber continuum

Abstract

We measure high-resolution single-shot spectra of the continuum generated from different lengths of microstructure fiber. We find significant and complex differences in the features, which generally become finer with increasing fiber length, despite the cessation of spectral broadening.
