Abstract

Today’s advanced F2 and ultrafast lasers drive strong interactions in transparent glasses for rapid prototyping of novel biochip designs. Interconnecting microfluidic channels, buried optical circuits, electrophoretic separators, and dielectrophoretic traps are presented for single-cell analysis.
