Passively mode-locked Nd:YAlO3 lasers at 930 nm and 1341 nm

Abstract

We report on passively mode-locked Nd:YAlO lasers producing fourier-limited 1.7ps long pulses with an average output-power of 1.7W at 930nm and 0.5W at 1341nm in diffraction-limited beams at a repetition-rate of 160MHz.
