Use of scanning Hartmann sensor for in situ characterization of wavefront distortions in thermally loaded optical components

Abstract

Thermal distortions induced by absorption of laser radiation in coating of high reflectivity mirror placed in vacuum are investigated numerically and experimentally. Obtained data allow forecasting the behavior of the gravitation wave detector interferometer.
