Evolution of terahertz radiation spectrum stimulated by the emergence of magneto-plasma effect on various InAs surfaces under the Voigt configuration

Abstract

Magnetically induced evolution of terahertz (THz) radiation spectrum from various InAs wafers under the Voigt configuration is investigated. It is found that peak shifting of THz-radiation spectrum toward lower frequency is due to magneto-plasma effect.
